IE6/IE7 "Set filters" rendering issue

In IE6 and IE7, clicking "Set filters" does not render the filtering dialog.  Also note that in IE6 the triangle drop down does not render properly.  See attached screen shot from test2wiki.

The page itself says "This tool may not work correctly in browsers older than Internet Explorer 8".

Closing this as WontFix. I don't think they wished to support older IE versions when developing this extension; fixing this bug has the potential of a major code rewrite.
