Filing this here for the records:

<p858snake|l> ^demon: can you remove almost everyone from the bz_sudoers group and take it away from being default admin group? (http://www.bugzilla.org/docs/4.4/en/html/useradmin.html#impersonatingusers) its disgusting it was used in such a way for something so small and trivial as well
<^demon> p858snake|l: I'd like to severely limit the number of sudoers, yes. It's an evil feature in bz.
<p858snake|l> "To use the sudo feature, you must be in the bz_sudoers group. By default, all administrators are in this group."
<andre__> p858snake|l, ^demon: ah, got you. I've removed this now.

Of course any admin can easily readd her/himself again to the bz_sudoers group, but it requires one more additional step which is probably good.
