With Semantic MediaWiki 1.8 and 1.8.1, you can not delete a Concept page once it has been created. A database error is reported because a table doesn't exist.

Error: 1146 Table '----.----smw_ftp_conc' doesn't exist

Problem is in SemanticMediaWiki/includes/storage/SQLStore/SMW_SQLStore3_Writers.php (line 59) where the table is referenced as 'smw_ftp_conc' instead of 'smw_fpt_conc' (ftp -> fpt).
