Note to myself: Assuming that you have followed the steps on https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Server-side_upload I should probably improve the description over there which is just a vague "Go to Bugzilla".
I could create a "template"-bug and just link to the "clone this bug" on the commons help site. Therefore the settings only have to be typed once.
