As per https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Bug_management/Project_Maintainers :
Who should be in the default CC field to receive bugmail on all bug report changes for that project? (Likely that is also the maintainer?)
Comment 2 Alex Monk 2013-01-06 15:53:36 UTC
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:AntiBot says the author is Tim Starling.
Comment 3 db [inactive,noenotif] 2013-01-06 17:23:51 UTC
It is a old extension, so Nobody is also possible.
Comment 4 MZMcBride 2013-01-06 17:26:49 UTC
The active source to this extension is closed, so I'm not sure how many bugs we'll see filed against it.
Comment 5 Andre Klapper 2013-01-08 13:14:55 UTC
If there are no open bug reports this is rather low priority.

Bug 16103 is related, I think. But yes, as I said, the active source of this extension is closed (not open), so it's difficult for bugs to be filed against it.
Comment 7 db [inactive,noenotif] 2013-07-16 19:39:17 UTC
Nobody wants it -> Marking own bug as WONTFIX
Comment 8 Tim Starling 2013-07-16 23:37:26 UTC
AntiBot has no active plugins on WMF, so it does nothing. So it's unlikely that any WMF bug is related.
