My change [1] on translatewiki.net was exported with Gerrit change #42336. Since that export the LocalisationUpdate was running two times[2] 02:29 logmsgbot: LocalisationUpdate completed (1.21wmf6) at Sat Jan 5 02:29:41 UTC 2013 02:26 logmsgbot: LocalisationUpdate completed (1.21wmf6) at Sun Jan 6 02:26:24 UTC 2013 but [[de:MediaWiki:Action-transcode-status]] is still not updated on dewiki. Please have a look, why that change is still the old one. Thanks. Last change to the english original was Gerrit change #37619 which already is part of 1.21wmf6 [3] so this key is unchanged and should be updated. Quick sanity check suggests the git master clones are up to date, and the cdb l10n cache files have sane..

From a later conversation in #mediawiki-i18n, this might actually be working now
After the software update from 14. Januar (on dewiki) the message is up to date. But I am not sure, if new translation will also not be updated.
Assuming this fixed itself.
