The new installer does not allow "+" in the MySQL database names. This is wrong, since it is a legitimate database name symbol. I would submit a fix myself, but I want first to hear from more MySQL-aware people about possible unforeseen implications of this.

You know, it's not really a new installer anymore, it's just the installer ;-)
