Description Chris McMahon 2013-01-09 18:06:37 UTC
Per https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Echo_User_Experience#Email_Experience, "Email notification should carry actual content not just pointers to content"

When leaving a barnstar on a user page with a specific message e.g. "this message should show up in email" the specific message does not show up in email.

Instead the user receives a generic message "/* A barnstar for you! */ new WikiLove message"

Suggest user should receive message "/* A barnstar for you! */ this message should show up in email" instead of generic "new WikiLove message"
