there is chmod 000

when I change, it's back in few minutes - someone can tell me why it happens? this needs to be solve ASAP!!!!!!!!

Someone created a symlink /data/project/public_html/public_html -> /data/project/public_html.

There is a check which disabled invalid project users, public_html is not a valid user so when it was disabled this disabled everything (the other end of the symlink).

Remove the symlink since it's redundant and now the suspended user check in the update script doesn't touch the root dir.

can we make that check ignore symlinks?

Ah, so the split-brain actually isn't what's causing this....
