Now when discouraging a page on Special:PageTranslation the URL changes, with all the parameters for what I'm doing and the token, but the listing doesn't change, so I have to refresh the page in order to see if it had effect.

For comparison, removing a page from translation opens opens a confirmation page.

We assume you know what you did. It can be ajaxified or there can be a page reload. The former is a lot of work for little gain, the latter is potentially disrupting to a quick set of actions by a user.

In any case, this page is only used by admin type users, so giving low priority to this enhancement request.

This was fixed at some point, the page (quickly) reloads.
