The System Log provides information needed to troubleshoot issues such as lost tickets, filter errors and spam. When visiting the System Log page, it only shows the last 28 log entries. This sometimes equates to the last 5-10 minutes, or less. It would be helpful if this log-file could be extended and web-accessible to OTRS admins. Anything from 1-5 days of entries could be helpful. According to http://doc.otrs.org/2.4/en/html/adminarea-system-log.html 'On Windows systems you can see the log by opening the file [install_dir]otrs\var\log\otrs.log with a text editor.' Perhaps this is useful information.
System Log now shows >1500 entries.
