Recently, I created a new instance (wikidata-puppet-repo3) that never finished building. Finally, I deleted it, but it is stuck in my list of instances, saying that it's still building.

Is it still there?  I noticed that the deletion of instances seems to happen asynchronously in the background, and so a reload of the list of instances after a few seconds "fixed" this for me.
