The Zuul configuration in integration/zuul-config.git is not validated. Upstream has released a validation script which we want to use whenever a change is submitted against integration/zuul-config.git

The validation system requires the voluptuous python package. See bug 44061.

We now use the validation system included in zuul-server.

Also created a job that diff the output of zuul with the previous sha1:
