I'm seeing the same items (e.g. URL) over and over, in the middle of new ones provided by "Show more posts" on [[Special:ArticleFeedbackv5Watchlist]]: even some I "voted" already.
No screenshot, sorry, page is too long.

Watchlist code has been thoroughly rewritten (as in: complete schema/queries overhaul), so this report most likely is no longer relevant (plus, AFTv5 watchlist will - for now - be disabled on enwiki)
