Description contrafibularity 2013-01-21 11:48:10 UTC
A query on string-type properties now appears to be missing results when a comparator and wildcard are used ([[someproperty::~*<somevalue>*]]). I found that the first part of a property value is still taken into acccount (which can be around 60 characters in length or even less), but that the remainder is ignored by the query. In other words, the query does not cover the complete range of characters used in a property value. Could this be a bug or a performance issue?

Specifications:
MW 1.19.2
SMW 1.8
PHP 5.3.3-7
MySQL 5.1.66
