It seams to me, that in EXIF all points are converted to commas in german language wikis. This leads to very strang results with PDF Information

Umwandlungsprogramm	OpenOffice,org 3,0
Version des PDF-Formats	1,4

That's very ugly!

Its not just german. Ive been meaning to fix this for a while and keep forgetting.

However for pdf version isnt that arguably correct? Its treating the version as a number and putting it through the localized number formatter.

But in german versions are also separated with points. It's even in spoken language that's "Eins Punkt Vier" ;D

Ah ok. I assume actual numeric things like say resolution (in terms of dpi) should still be treated as numbers in de.
