When we configure a new partner, some change is made to allow translateWiki to have a new entry for that partner (for custom banner text).

Look at https://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=Special%3ATranslate&taction=translate&group=ext-zeroratedmobileaccess&language=id&limit=100&task=view

There needs to be a Zero-rated-mobile-banner-access- ?axiada-xl? entry so we can enter the translation.

Also one other entry is needed - when you select 'show optional messages' then we need an entry for Axiata XL carrier name.

Added entries to the i18n file: https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/46441/

Once approved, TranslateWiki should pick it up within a day or two.

Gerrit change got merged, can this be closed as FIXED or is something left to do?
