It would be very helpful to have a bugzilla component for the "new" sites stuff in core. Perhaps wikidata-bugs could be a default cc for those, since we are sort of maintaining it, although not sure about default assignee.
support, please add a SiteStore component.
I don't know what the "new sites stuff in core" is. A description would be great - also see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Bug_management/Project_Maintainers#To_add_a_project_or_component And where can I find some documentation about SiteStore? And would this be a component of the product "MediaWiki"?

I only see problems of the previous system described in the linked RFC... Could you describe in one sentence what the functionality of the "sites stuff in core" is, please? (I need a component description.) Thanks.
