SubPageList doesn't work with the current version of Validator from git (i.e. with the upcoming 1.0 release).  I get the following error:

PHP Fatal error:  Class 'Parameter' not found in /var/lib/mediawiki/extensions/SubPageList/SubPageList.class.php on line 52, referer: ...

Validator's ROADMAP file says this:

Thanks for reporting.

SubPageList will not work with the latest release of Validator. I will update it soonish to take care of this compatibility issue. If you can use an older version of Validator, the latest 0.4.x release works with SPL.
