Log entries appear for many "updates" to courses that are impossible to track down. Recent entries from this user, a student in one of the courses, don't show up anywhere but the course log: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3ALog&type=course&user=+Abhisatya&page=&year=&month=-1&tagfilter=

The log history of the course listed in that log doesn't show any activity from that user: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Education_Program:Red_Deer_College/The_World_Since_1789_%28WI13%29_%28WI13%29&action=history

The user is also not enrolled on the course page, so I'm clueless as to what those updates in the log mean.
