After following standard export/import steps to use Template:todo on my mediawiki site, the template does not render correctly.

You can see a result of the rendering here: http://jet.wikia.com/wiki/Template:Todo/sandbox

The problem is that the HTML code is rendered as text on the page: <tr><th class="mbox-text" style="text-align:left; padding:1px;">

Side notes only:
* Special:Version says you are running 1.19.3, not 1.20.0 like stated here?
* http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20100622012361/jet/images/thumb/5/54/Stock_post_message.svg/25px-Stock_post_message.svg.png on http://jet.wikia.com/wiki/Template:Todo/sandbox never ever loads for me, no matter if I allow cookies or not.

This issue is resolve if you turn on $wgUseTidy. This setting defaults to 'false' for a default installation.
