for categorymembers extending the following exist:

   'withcoordinates' => array(
        ApiBase::PARAM_TYPE => array( 'primary', 'secondary', 'any' ),
   ),
   'withoutcoordinates' => false,

Why not using 'none' in 'withcoordinates' to simulate 'withoutcoordinates'? Maybe call it 'filtercoordinates' than.

maybe secondary should replaced by nonprimary, it is the best, to use the same word than with bug 43674
