Description MZMcBride 2013-01-28 03:19:26 UTC
Wikimedia's Ganglia installation at <http://ganglia.wikimedia.org/> is currently password-protected and has been for a few weeks. This is apparently due to known vulnerabilities in the software that required temporarily restricting read access as a security measure.

I was unable to find a bug in this bug tracker for this issue.
Comment 1 Andre Klapper 2013-01-28 11:59:39 UTC
RT #4137 from December states that "Peter will implement restricted access meantime (htaccess) and Leslie to upgrade ganglia to latest version with the security patches."
Comment 2 Andre Klapper 2013-01-31 21:14:06 UTC
Fixed today by Faidon: https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/46984/

Ganglia can be accessed again without password protection.
