I cant figure out ho to login.
I am on Android 2.2
See screenshots.
Clicking on "Next" or "↵" just hides the keyboard.

Much more likely to be an issue with the smaller screens than with 2.2.

Note the login button is invisible when keyboard is open on any device I've tried, including a Nexus 10 tablet.

This should be fixed now, a combination of appropriate positioning + the view being scrollable.
