mobile frontend account creation page

The account creation page and login page have too many visual differences, including typefaces, font sizes, and margins/paddings. See the attached screenshots.

This fiddle contained the field styling for login on mobile:

We should standardize between the two (same font sizes, button size, rounded corners).

* Signup button on account creation needs curved corners
* Inputs should be grouped together on login page
* Font size are inconsistent
* W should shrink
