I checked enwiki which seems to be OK, as far as I know this is only showing up on test2. The missing texvc module breaks the Math extension completely. texvc was missing after the migration to EQIAD but that error was repaired quickly.

It's happening again, yet apparently only for servers mw1161-1168 (although I haven't checked the API Apaches). mw1017-1113 appear to be working normally. (User report at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Village_pump_(technical)#Missing_texvc_executable )

Fixed either way. Per Tim, we really just need to package this and install it that way so this doesn't happen
For future reference, the newly commissioned servers were actually mw1161-1188 (not mw1161-1168), and the bug for packaging texvc is bug 45076. See also bug 41188 for previous occurrences of similar problems.
