screenshot of bug

Currently all our Indonesian Axiata partner's banners are showing up as <zero-rated-mobile-access-banner-text-xl-axiata> instead of the entry that exists in translateWiki.

If it's Indonesian provider for Indonesian audience, then it should be http://id.zero.wikipedia.org/

The reason the screenshot shows http://ms.zero.wikipedia.org is that it is also a whitelisted language for this partner. This screenshot happened to show the banner and the URL, but the screenshot they provided for id.zero had scrolled the screen so the id.zero URL was not visible.

Gotcha. Thanks for the explanation. I'm curious, is this new partnership have been announced somewhere? I try to find it with "zero" result (forgive the pun), other than bugzilla and system message (translatewiki and en). It's not in Mobile_partnerships#Where_is_Wikipedia_free_to_access.3F also.

The link should be https://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Mobile_partnerships#Where_is_Wikipedia_free_to_access.3F

PS: who are "they"?

Some of these partners are not yet launched so they aren't on that list.

In the comment above 'they' are the people in Indonesia testing the service. Our partners need to test since the behavior of the zero and mobile sites change based on the IP (identifies which mobile operator they are associated with, if any).

This has been highest priority for two weeks without any updates.

Dan / Brion: Is anything blocking this / is there a way to help?
