If a user moves the mouse to go click on the IME button (the small button with a keyboard icon on it), it occasionally happens that the button will disappear just as the user was about to click on it. The only way to bring it back seems to be to either click somewhere on the input field or type something. I think it would be helpful if hovering over the button reset the timer for the button to disappear.

Possibly fixed by Erik Moeller. Also in https://mingle.corp.wikimedia.org/projects/internationalization/cards/2683. Santhosh to review.

Fixed upstream. Needs to be updated.
