Description Sumana Harihareswara 2013-02-07 14:17:23 UTC
https://en.planet.wikimedia.org/ -- SSL is now supported. I'd like an HTTPS Everywhere rule that says the browser should use SSL on that site.

Possible problem: Firefox warns about mixed content: "partial encoded content"
(http:// hrefs in HTML) because there are embedded images from the external feeds.

Which is likley unfixable if all listed blogs don't support HTTPS..
Comment 3 Daniel Zahn 2013-03-09 01:09:30 UTC
correct, we won't be able to fix mixed content warnings if we include images and external blogs that don't support HTTPS. And doesn't HTTPSEverywhere automaticaly try HTTPS anyways and would just need a rule if there was an exception? What are we trying to resolve
Comment 4 Daniel Zahn 2013-03-09 01:23:17 UTC
nevermind that last part, talked to Reedy, who is going to submit a rule, thanks Reedy :)
