$wgUseRCPatrol is already true by default for wikivoyage wikis.

So you're wanting the addition of the patrol right to autopatrolled, autoconfirmed and sysop users?

sysop/administrators already have the patrol right, and also the autopatrol right

in it.wikivoyage don't appear the red "!" in the recent changes, not appear even to the changes made by IP
