Please change the English Wiktionary favicon to [[wikt:File:favicon.png]], per [[wikt:Wiktionary:Votes/2012-12/New favicon]].

According to https://en.wiktionary.org/w/index.php?title=File:favicon.png&action=info upload is still allowed for all users. Please protect it.

Unfortunately it seems that this needs to be in MS windows icon format - for compatibility with IE6. -.-

And on bits instead of upload - so the protection won't matter.

Just to be clear to bugzilla-watchers (the discussion occurred on Gerrit), the ICO-format icon has been created and a merge is all that is required.
