Don't confuse this with pattern gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/ID (without trailing slash) which is working fine:

I'm fairly sure this isn't a regression from the recent Gerrit upgrade. I think this bug is a dupe of bug 42419.

I have noticed that just before the upgrade as well. That is not a regression but indeed a dupe of bug 42419.
