The value parsers parsevalue module is somehow enabled on client Wikibase instances.

It is not needed there yet, especially stuff like bool, float, geocoordinate, int, null, title.  

Would be great to mark some of this stuff as experimental and have a way to make it enabled or not on a client wiki.
