When a search did not bring any (or just a few) results, suggest the user to search in another language.

Example:

"No results. Search again in [ComboBox for language selection]."

Please note that I reported a bug in the Windows 8 app!
The 'duplicate' (38510) is described as a bug in the iOS/Android app.
