As reported by User:GabrielF, with attached screenshot:

"Under Special:MyCourses, there's a record of me tagging an IP as a shared-IP from an educational institution. However, the link in the summary to the edit counter tool is to MyCourses, not to the IP address being tagged."

I am guessing the entered wikitext is {{PAGENAME}}... Can someone confirm that?

I'm unsure if this kind of context info can be set per message. Will ask on wikitech, though my last parser question did not get any answers there...
