The search is returning nothing at all: http://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Search&search=Chicago&fulltext=Search&profile=all&redirs=0 doesn't matter if I am on wikidata.org or www.wikidata.org http://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3ASearch&profile=all&search=User%3AAude&fulltext=Search or http://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3ASearch&profile=all&search=Aude&fulltext=Search do not work for me either, for non-items and normal wiki pages.
I have no idea how long it has been like this, and there very well may be a duplicate bug but can't find it. The search has never been good but it returning nothing is not nice at all.
this problem is not just on wikidata. http://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Search&search=mapnik&fulltext=Search&profile=all&redirs=1 for example, Google tells me there is plenty of stuff for search to find. or http://wikimania2012.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3ASearch&profile=default&search=openstreetmap&fulltext=Search same problem :(
Checked at nowiki and the same thing there.
Is the behavior like https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=43920 ?

Happened again: reported by Lars and quickly fixed by Ariel. apergos> I just restarted one of the search servers in that pool apergos> in a few minutes it should clear up (for now)
