When marking page as patrolled, the notification shown prevents the use of actions in the dropdown.

1) Dropdown renders below the notification
2) Dropdown hides if you try to select anything, because it hides when cursor is on top of the notification.

This is being resolved by other design work.

It would be helpful if you gave pointers to the other design work you are referring to and a timeline.
