As far as I can tell, http://dumps.wikimedia.org/other/pagecounts-raw/ provides access to the how often pages on the WMF projects get called.

What we are lacking are the calls to api.php, they are not included.

But especially for wikidata.org that would be an important metric. I'd guess it would also be interesting for the other projects.
