NS_PROJECT_TALK   => "Discutida_Oiquipedià",

Setting Oc sitename/metanamespace to Oiquipedià would allow removing wikimedia
specific entry from language file. Other oc projects looks like mostly
harvesting spam, so damage to them would be minimal.

oc.wikipedia doesn't have proper sitename/metanamespace
to
LanguageOc.php hardcodes project namespace as Oiquipedià
