MW-specific code should be split from the VisualEditor itself; mediawiki/extensions/VisualEditor.git should only be the MW-specific items (integration; MW-specific plugins; MW-specific plugin overloading).

Target repository for VE itself already exists: VisualEditor/core.git

(Future plugins should be under VisualEditor/plugin/….git.)
