Delete should be disabled during upload. You can end up with some funkiness and it crashes, apparently.

Confirmed, tested twice, if an image is uploading and I delete it, the app crashes and exits.

[master 4d40be0] Partial disable of deleting during upload bug

Disables the 'delete' button on detail view while a file is uploading. Not perfect; can still fail in the initial setup time before progress goes beyond 0%.
