Switch to Android component.

Looks like it's refetching the image; should reuse the existing one, then if necessary refetch at different size and replace it asynchronously.

This is a general problem of 'display smaller resolution image first, then replace with larger image' that needs fixing.

As the Mobile Apps Team is focussing on the new, native Wikipedia app, the Commons app is no longer being maintained by the Wikimedia Foundation. I am WONTFIXing all open Commons app bugs to reflect that we will not be spending time fixing them.
