Add a pull down to refresh just like on iOS

Hmm, actually WONTFIXing - since the Android concept is 'sync' (eventual consistency, you always see the latest when you open the app, need for refresh is minimal) and different from iOS (immediate consistency, you need to refresh cached data often). 

We might do pull to refresh for campaigns at some point, though.
