Heh, I didn't even know this URL existed...I was going to use the same thing to start hosting your reports :)
This was setup by Diederik from the analytics team and had graphs of Gerrit activity for some repos available.... thread is in wikitech-l somewhere.
It appears that owner for the webroot of http://gerrit-stats.wmflabs.org/ changed from www-data to www at some point, likely due to work on the deploy script. I corrected the permissions and restarted all Limn instances on kripke (gerrit-stats, gp, test-reportcard, dev-reportcard). I'll follow up with Dan to make sure the deployer sets the right permissions, and post-deploy, ensure we validate all sites running on the target server are still healthy. (h/t to MZM for reporting!)
