In Special pages, under "Semantic Forms", click "Create a template",
http://giprs.org/zh/index.php/Special:%E5%88%9B%E5%BB%BA%E6%A8%A1%E6%9D%BF
occurs the following error message :

 "Fatal error: Call to undefined method SMWDIError::getKey() in /home/ftp/1520/giprs_cn-20130204-UrY/giprs.org/zh/extensions/SemanticForms/specials/SF_CreateTemplate.php on line 37"

I believe this is fixed now in the Git version.
