I discovered, that on an OpenID server wiki, when you press "Save preferences", all present trust information is lost.

This means - when having changed some of preferences - that when you again login with that OpenID to a consumer, the OpenID server wiki prompts you again if you want to allow to trust the consumer.

This  does not work as it should.

this problem was already present in older revisions, for example in

* OpenID (Version 1.004 20120427) 	(7a3d23b) (23.12.2012)
