As slightly related to bug#45544 there seem to be a problem receiving _some_ email even on IPv4:

This is consistently the same throughout the secondary:

  SMTP<< 250-sodium.wikimedia.org Hello service.wmm.hu [195.56.122.66]

Please check the local log for the exact problem.
