Not 100% sure about the component.

When an Ogg file is embedded in MediaWiki, the wiki page displays completely malformed on iPad, possibly all iOS devices.

Screenshot attached. Initially observed on https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bokbier for which I will also attach a screenshot.

https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/53528 fixes this by showing a button with a direct link instead.
