Files (especially small ones) may go to 101% complete (at least).

Needs fundamental fixes in the underlying HTTP library

But to begin with, I think we can just put in code to show '100%' if we go over 100%.

This happens only on super small files.

Switch to Android component.

We switched to progressbars, so shouldn't really be an issue now :)
