Consider adding a custom field to add the RT number, as discussed in meeting with greg and mutante today.

Seems reasonable to me, although we should also be having a discussion as to when Bugzilla should be used over RT, which I believe mutante is discussing with other ops.

I remember now why a custom field is a stupid idea: 
The "See Also" field should simply support URLs like the regex
     ^https://rt.wikimedia.org/Ticket/Display.html\?id=[0-9]+$
and https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/47050/ has an example how to extend the supported URLs.

Thehelpfulone: RT is used for request to be handled by ops.
